3-5 days after payment clears (10 days at the very latest). you get a tracking number by mail the moment it leaves.

- japan ∷ ¥800 — free över ¥10,000
- worldwide ∷ flat ¥3,000
delivery after dispatch is about 1-3 days inside japan, 1-3 weeks overseas.
Q ∷ do you ship to my country?
japan plus 27 countries across asia, europe, north america and oceania. the full list appears at checkout once you pick your country — if it is not there, it is not available yet.
Q ∷ who pays customs?
import duty and tax are paid by the person receiving the parcel. we cannot estimate them — they are set by your country, not by us.
Q ∷ how do i know my size?
every item page carries its own size data — shoulder, chest, length, sleeve in cm — plus the height of the models wearing it. check it before you equip: change-of-mind exchanges are not possible (below).
Q ∷ can i return or exchange it?
tii items are made to order or one-off picks, so returns for change of mind are not accepted. but if something is wrong on our side — faulty, damaged, or simply the wrong item — mail tiishirtstore@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. we replace it or refund it, and we cover the postage. full text ∷ the legal page

by card at checkout. prices include japanese consumption tax and there is no extra payment fee.

check the spam folder first — order mail comes from an automated address. still nothing? mail us with the name you ordered under and we will resend it.
